Our Approach

The Brotherhood organization is in its developmental stage.  In our first year (2019), we established nine new chapter organizations; six middle school chapters and two high schools, and one elementary. We will focus in year two on developing and evaluating program components.  We will operate with a small staff that includes an Executive Director and an Events/Recreations Coordinator.

 

In year two, an additional 12 Chapters will come on line--five middle schools, five high schools and two elementary. Again, we will spend both year one and two developing and refining our programs and, based upon our evaluations and feedback, make the necessary adjustments to improve our organization and the implementation of our programs going forward. 

 

The Brotherhood will continue to expand in years three, four, and five and we hope to see tremendous results from our membership year after year.
