About The Brotherhood

The term "brotherhood" is defined as an association of men united in a common interest, work, or creed with whom each has a belief and or feeling of unity and camaraderie with one another.  The Brotherhood B2M is a fraternal organization of teenage boys who strive to represent a set of core principles and values that will impact their lives for many years to come.

Our primary goal is to encourage and empower our young boys to achieve at their highest levels by teaching Personal Leadership skills that can be used in all aspects of their daily lives and that will allow them to be a force for positive change in their homes and their communities.

Our Vision

Personify the change we speak and dream of each day for ourselves, our families, and our communities.

Be The Dream!

Our Mission

The Brotherhood is dedicated to the growth and development of young boys throughout the greater Memphis community. We believe that character, integrity, responsibility, perseverance and commitment are the foundations to manhood and that our intellectual capacity is limited only by our attitude and drive.

We value the lives and future of the young boys and men in our community and we are committed to being a positive force for change in their daily lives.

Our Goals

  1. Empower our young boys to achieve at their highest levels.

  2. Teach leadership skills that can be used in all aspect of our daily lives.

  3. Prepare our members to to be a force for change in our community.

"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy."
